Shipping Policies:
 
All items ship via UPS Ground or USPS unless notified otherwise at the time of order.  We do not ship FedEx.  Please allow 7 ~ 10 days for delivery.  Each item is printed and packaged on demand after the order is placed.  Packaging is designed so as to protect your purchase during transit.  Please contact us immediately upon receipt if the package has been damaged during shipment.


Return Policies:

You may return most items purchased within 30 days of the original delivery.  Perishable items, i.e. chocolate bars, may not be returned without first getting approval from us.  We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. Please pack the items well and insure your returns.

If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent.  We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
